BOP Payroll

BOP Payroll is a payroll services provider in Mexico that handles payroll administration for companies through a combination of specialist staff and digital tools. Its stated aim is to make payroll processes clearer and easier to trace so HR teams spend less time on operational tasks.

The company offers two main services. Its payroll outsourcing service, maquila de nómina, takes over the running of a client's payroll to reduce administrative load and keep processes orderly. Its payroll system centralises incidents, requests, reports and other key processes for both HR staff and employees. BOP Payroll also supports clients with procedures involving SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT and other institutions, and offers a payroll diagnostic that reviews how a company's current process is working.

Two platforms support the service: BOP One, for HR teams, which brings together incidents, authorisations, reports, personnel movements and dashboards; and Mi BOP, for employees, which lets staff consult payslips, request holidays or leave, update their information and review documents from any device.
