Alliott Mauritius

Alliott (Mauritius) is an independent member firm of Alliott Global Alliance, an alliance of independent accounting, law and consulting firms represented in 95 countries with 214 member firms and 6,974 staff. The firm is a practice of Chartered Certified Accountants and has provided accounting, audit, tax and corporate services in Mauritius since 2003 from offices in Port Louis. It is licensed by the Financial Reporting Council and registered with the Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountants.

Payroll services are offered as part of the firm's outsourcing and consultancy work, alongside company formation, setting up accounting systems, applications for work and residence permits, occupation permit applications, feasibility studies, property development and general business advice.

Accounting services cover bookkeeping, daily and monthly maintenance of accounting records, management accounts, bank reconciliation, debtors and creditors control, fixed asset registers, cash flow projections and assistance in negotiating with banks. Tax work includes income tax and VAT returns, tax advice and opinions, and tax and customs investigations. Audits are carried out in accordance with International Standards on Auditing using Caseware Africa audit software, for public interest entities, domestic companies and global business companies.

Clients are mainly domestic companies and offshore entities, spanning legal and professional firms, trading and retail, construction, financial services, the global business sector, agriculture, tourism, real estate and telecommunications.
