Astute Accounting & Valuation Services is a Dubai-based firm offering accounting, payroll and business advisory services. It was formed by a group of qualified and experienced Chartered Accountants holding memberships with bodies including ICAEW, ACCA and CIA.

The firm's payroll service is aimed at medium and small-sized businesses and covers the full outsourced payroll process. This includes maintaining employee records, salary processing with overtime, bonuses and incentives, preparing payslips in a pre-agreed format, and processing payroll in compliance with Wages Protection System requirements. Astute also calculates end of service benefits, air ticket and leave salary provisions, prepares payroll reports with analysis, drafts HR policy and procedure manuals, and assists with employment contracts and related documentation. Work is carried out in line with UAE Labour Federal Law no. (8) of 1980 and Ministry of Labour requirements.

Astute maintains a correspondent office in the UK that provides weekly, fortnightly or monthly payroll computation and pay advice slips, PAYE and National Insurance reporting, P45 and P46 processing, SSP and SMP administration, BACS payments, liaison with the tax office, and end of year PAYE returns.

Alongside payroll, the firm provides on-site and off-site accounting and reporting, CFO services, risk advisory, internal audit, governance and compliance, financial advisory, business valuation and company incorporation services, drawing on experience in financial planning, due diligence, auditing and business restructuring.
