Euroaccounts

Euroaccounts is a Madrid-based firm that has managed payroll for international companies in Spain since 1996. It works with over 500 companies, operates in Spanish, English and French, and is a member of INPACT Global, through which it coordinates with head-office HR teams in more than 60 countries to align local pay practices with group policy.

Its payroll work covers monthly processing under Spanish labour legislation, including pay calculation according to the applicable collective agreement, IRPF withholdings and employee communication via Form 145, Social Security contributions and the filing of RNT/RLC returns. Payslips are issued both in the standard Spanish format and in the format required by the client's global system, and payroll data can be integrated with platforms such as ADP, SAP HCM and Workday.

The firm also handles hiring and day-to-day labour administration: choosing the appropriate contract type, Social Security registration, SEPE notifications, and drafting contracts with non-compete, confidentiality and probationary clauses under the Workers' Statute. For assignees, it manages expatriate payroll, including shadow payroll, tax equalisation and the Beckham Law regime.

Euroaccounts serves subsidiaries of foreign groups in Spain, from a first local hire through to the administration of a larger multinational workforce.
