Acting as the legal employer, the company manages compliant employment, payroll administration, tax, social contributions and local compliance in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland.

The company works with three groups of clients. Businesses use its EOR services to hire professionals in the Nordics without setting up a local entity. Recruitment agencies use it to place consultants under a setup aligned with Nordic regulations. Individual professionals who have been offered a contract in the region can be employed through its EOR and umbrella solutions.

Across these segments, Northern Partners Group handles the employment and administrative side of international, project-based workforce setups, covering the legal employment relationship, payroll processing and ongoing compliance with local rules.
