TOTALFisc

TOTALFisc is a SaaS platform built for accounting firms and small and medium-sized businesses in Algeria. It brings SCF-compliant accounting, invoicing, Algerian tax declarations and payroll and HR management together in a single cloud application, with a bilingual interface.

The accounting engine uses double-entry bookkeeping based on the SCF chart of accounts, with semi-auxiliary customer and supplier accounts, purchase, sales and bank journals, a general balance, balance sheet and income statement. Invoicing includes customisable invoices, OCR extraction from scanned invoices, automatic calculation of the fiscal stamp on invoices of 10,000 DZD or more, multi-currency support, and payment tracking and reminders. Tax features cover automatic generation of the monthly G50 report for the DGI, VAT declarations distinguishing collected and deductible VAT, and preparation of the annual Liasse Fiscale, with exports in official formats.

The payroll and HR module produces payslips and handles CNAS contributions, digital HR files, biometric time and attendance integration, scheduling and absence management, all synchronised with the accounting records. Multi-company management allows accounting practices to handle several client files, and subscription plans are tiered by the number of companies managed, invoicing volume and number of users, starting with a Starter plan covering one to five companies.
