Kaizen CPA Firm is an accounting practice in Taiwan that provides payroll services to companies incorporating in and operating in Taiwan. Its monthly payroll work covers calculation of salaries, labour insurance, national health insurance and labour pension contributions, preparation of payroll slips and individual pay advices, and delivery of pay advices to employees by email.

The firm also prepares and files withholding and non-withholding statements, handles second-generation National Health Insurance calculations, payment slips and annual declarations, pays withholding tax at the bank, applies for bank auto-debit of labour insurance, health insurance and pension contributions, and supplies sample employment contracts in Chinese and English. Additional services include setting up insurance units, amending or cancelling employee and dependant insurance, calculating overtime pay and leave deductions under the Labor Standards Act, and handling layoff pay calculations with the related withholding declarations.

Payroll fees are published as monthly rates by headcount band, from a single employee up to thirty, with larger payrolls quoted separately, and assistance with collection and payment is priced as a separate service.
