Challenge
Managing payroll in a medical centre involves numerous specificities: part-time roles, variable schedules, sector-specific collective agreements, on-call duties, and staff replacements. Médipôle de Schiltigheim, a multidisciplinary health centre located in Schiltigheim in Bas-Rhin (67), bringing together various medical specialities (dentists, orthodontists, general practitioners, aesthetic medicine, dermatology) with a dedicated care team, needed to manage the complex administrative and social obligations associated with managing over 50 employees. These administrative requirements, which are particularly specific to the medical sector, made managing payroll internally difficult and time-consuming.
Managing human resources and payroll concerns over 50 employees at our health centre. Our strategic choices, focused on wellbeing and the specificities of the healthcare sector, led us to choose a partner that was flexible and responsive to our needs. I am entirely satisfied with the relationship established with the GL PAIES teams. Their flexibility, their understanding of the issues and their adaptability are incomparable. Neither an accounting firm nor an automated solution could replace this human team, truly attuned to our expectations. — Reouven Sellam, Director
