In October 2019, Siemens Gamesa entered into a three-year payroll outsourcing agreement with Silta. The HR department at Siemens Gamesa was already familiar with Silta, eliminating the need for a competitive tender process. Siemens Gamesa successfully implemented Silta's payroll system at the start of October 2019, with preparations completed in just a couple of months. The partnership highlighted the benefits of working with an experienced payroll service provider to enhance operational efficiency and streamline HR processes. Payroll is not the core business of Siemens Gamesa, and Silta, as an expert service provider, understands the intricacies of payroll management thoroughly. Silta handles the payroll systems and updates while meticulously monitoring labor laws and collective agreements. Results

Siemens Gamesa started with only 25 employees but anticipated growth due to a company merger. The team expanded to 55 employees, and Silta's system managed effectively throughout this growth. Although Siemens transitioned to a global provider in early April 2021 (affecting the entire corporation worldwide), lasting only half of the initially agreed timeframe, Silta's employees demonstrated commitment to service excellence even during the transition phase when payroll was handed over to the new provider.
