A shared vision led TKM TTT to choose Silta

Outsourcing payroll became a key focus for TKM TTT as part of their strategic plans to concentrate on core business operations. The company needed to transition their payroll management to an external partner to free up internal resources and focus on their primary business of manufacturing heavy-duty industrial wood-processing blades.

The partnership between TKM TTT and Silta began in August 2020, when it was decided that Silta would fully take over payroll management by January 2021. Throughout the fall, project teams from both TKM TTT and Silta worked closely to ensure a smooth transition. During the transition, internal payroll processes were streamlined. Seamless collaboration resulted in high-quality payroll data production. Silta's payroll system provided excellent reporting capabilities that TKM TTT's previous system did not offer. The tools were smartly designed, allowing users to quickly find information and focus on analysis rather than searching for data. The collaboration between the two companies was characterized by shared determination to bring the project to a successful conclusion.

The payroll outsourcing brought valuable new learnings and allowed TKM TTT to review the entire payroll process and identify key areas for improvement.
