VitalAire's challenge was to find high-profile candidates for certain positions. The client needed assistance in finding the right talent with specialized qualifications in the Life Sciences sector.

In line with VitalAire's needs, a dedicated Devire consultant supported the client in its search for candidates for key and highly specialized positions in the Life Sciences sector. One of these positions was the role of Regional Coordinator for Mechanical Ventilation and Home Care. Devire's consultant found a suitable candidate within 3 weeks. The project started on 06.02.2023, and four days later Devire delivered the first applicant. The process consisted of searching and selecting candidates whose skills and budget matched the client's requirements. Devire handed over the pool of candidates thus created to VitalAire, with the next key element being to hire the best employees.
