Panduro is the market leader in hobby materials in Europe and operates 114 stores across six countries. A year ago, the family decided to sell the company to Lekolar. Following the acquisition, Panduro now faces significantly higher demands and needs to establish a more efficient organisation. In connection with the sale of the previously family-owned hobby chain, the finance department underwent a reorganisation. Skilled personnel needed to be brought in quickly.

Interim consultant Maria Ladan stepped in and took on the role of accounting manager for both Norway and Denmark. This means she works on the ongoing bookkeeping and monthly closing of accounts. In addition to this, her remit includes mapping out current processes, conducting a competitive analysis, and streamlining and digitalising Panduro's work.
