Tricor is a business services firm offering integrated corporate, business, investor and HR services. Its HR and payroll practice covers payroll processing, benefits administration, employment and dependent visa applications, and staffing solutions including PEO arrangements and executive search.

Alongside payroll, Tricor provides accounting and financial reporting, tax advisory and compliance, treasury and payment administration, entity formation, corporate governance and secretarial work, trust and fiduciary services, and investor services such as registry and meeting management. Clients can combine these services under a single provider rather than using separate vendors.

The Tricor Group operates across cities in Asia and beyond, serving mid-market companies through to large enterprises, and states ISAE 3402 certification and ISO 27001 compliance for its service delivery. Tricor merged with Vistra and has rebranded to Vistra, with its services now offered under that name.
