Michel Sindaha & Co (Msindaha)

Msindaha is the payroll and employment services arm of Michel Sindaha & Co (HLB Jordan), based in Amman. It combines accounting and payroll work with Professional Employer Organisation (PEO) services, acting as the employer for tax purposes while the worker performs their duties at the client company and taking on traditional employment tasks and liabilities.

The company runs an HR application, Ema3ashi, used to manage teams and support compliance, alongside payroll and human resources systems that cover the functions needed to administer both processes.

Msindaha follows a defined global hiring process: a welcome call covering country-specific tax, labour law and benefits requirements, hiring and contract review to align employment agreements with local law, onboarding, and ongoing support from in-country HR teams working in the worker's language and time zone. Clients receive a single consolidated invoice per country covering salaries, social costs, commissions and service fees, with payroll processed on time and including required benefits and tax withholdings.
