Lano is a global employment platform, operated by Lano Software GmbH in Germany, that lets companies hire and pay staff abroad without setting up their own local legal entity. Through its employer of record service, Lano acts as the legal employer on behalf of the client and takes on the associated employment contracts, statutory compliance, payroll and tax obligations.

In El Salvador, Lano supports the hiring of both full-time employees and independent contractors, covering compliant contracts, monthly payroll, employer contributions and ongoing administration under local labour and tax rules.
