Atisa provides payroll and personnel administration outsourcing as part of its BPO services for human resources. The company takes on payroll, social security and tax calculations, prepares transfer and accounting files, and publishes payslips and interfaces through control processes covered by its ISO 9001 certification.

Its personnel administration service covers employment contracts, social security formalities and the management of incentives and subsidies, together with reporting back to the client on their workforce. An in-house employment consulting team, supported by the firm's law practice, keeps clients informed about regulatory changes and how to apply them. Atisa also manages the infrastructure behind its cloud service, with security processes subject to external certification.

The service is designed to scale with companies of different sizes and can run on Atisa's own tools or on systems clients already use, such as Meta4, SAP or A3. Additional HR services include flexible remuneration, an employee communication portal and app, digital signature, timekeeping and clocking, shift planning and a service centre.
