Shkrela Legal Solutions is a licensed law firm providing legal and advocacy services in Albania and abroad. Its main focus is immigration law, advising both Albanian and foreign nationals on short-stay and long-stay visa applications based on grounds such as study, employment, self-employment, use of real estate, retirement or remote work, and on the subsequent applications for residence or unique permits.

The immigration practice also covers criminal record certificates from previous countries of residence, consultation and applications for university studies in Albania and abroad, and the verification and removal of Schengen area entry bans.

Beyond immigration, the firm advises on civil law and property rights litigation, family matters including divorce, marital property agreements and parental responsibility, administrative procedures and appeals with state bodies, commercial matters such as company formation and registration with the National Business Centre, and employment disputes including unlawful dismissal claims.
