Bordromat

Bordromat® is a payroll automation platform built by HR specialists on cloud infrastructure. It automates the payroll cycle from data ingestion through to salary delivery, with automated workflows intended to keep records accurate, transparent and ready for audit across connected HR and finance tools.

The platform provides secure, bidirectional API integration so payroll data moves in real time between HR, accounting and time-and-attendance systems. It also connects to national institutions in Türkiye, including the Social Security Institution (SSI) and the Civil Registry, enabling automated exchange with government and third-party systems. Bordromat and the Informasoft Human Resources Management System are fully integrated while operating independently, sharing employee records and supporting real-time payroll calculation without switching between systems.

An HR metrics dashboard brings turnover trends, contract types, demographics and tenure into a single interactive view for headcount tracking and workforce planning. Employees use MyBordromat to access payslips and payroll records by web or mobile, with timestamped payslips approved by one-time password for legal validity. A compliance engine supported by legal and tax specialists keeps calculations aligned with current rules, and the cloud setup gives HR teams access from the office or remotely.
