Acclime provides payroll outsourcing for companies operating in the United Arab Emirates. Its in-country team manages payroll procedures on behalf of clients and handles compliance with local regulations, taking on the administrative work involved in paying staff.

Services cover the full payroll cycle. Acclime imports employee data and sets up the payroll system to match a company's compensation and benefits policy, then runs monthly payroll processing that includes salary calculations, statutory contributions, filings, salary payments and related paperwork. Clients confirm employee details such as salary and leave, review the results and approve them. At year end, Acclime prepares and submits the required returns, filings and tax forms for each employee. Off-cycle payments, such as bonuses and incentives, can be processed separately from the regular monthly run.

Payroll is administered through an online portal with employee self-service and manager self-service access, removing the need for spreadsheets and emailed documents. Through the platform, clients can view payslips and reports and manage employee data, attendance, leave requests and expense claims. Monthly processing fees follow a tiered structure in which the average cost per employee falls as headcount rises, and the service is designed to scale with a company's size and requirements.
