Acclime provides outsourced payroll services for companies operating in the Philippines. Its in-country team manages the payroll process end to end, handling calculations, statutory contributions, filings, salary payments and the related paperwork, so clients only need to review and approve the resulting documents.

Services are offered in stages that can be adapted to a company's compensation and benefits policy. Initial setup covers importing employee data and configuring the payroll system. Monthly services cover payroll runs, statutory contributions and reporting, with payslips and other documents made available online. A virtual helpdesk answers employee payroll queries through the client's authorised contact, and year-end services cover the preparation and submission of annual returns, filings and employee tax forms.

Alongside payroll calculation and processing, Acclime can file compliance reports on a client's behalf and provides detailed reporting on HR management and costs. An optional online self-service portal lets clients and employees manage employee data, attendance, leave requests and expense claims without exchanging spreadsheets or documents by email.
