Acclime

Acclime provides outsourced payroll services for companies operating in Indonesia. Its in-country team runs the payroll process on the client's behalf, handling calculations, statutory contributions, filings and salary payments so that the client only needs to review and approve each cycle.

Engagements typically begin with an initial payroll setup, in which employee data is imported and the payroll system is configured to the company's compensation and benefit policy, whether net or gross, taxable or non-taxable, recurring or non-recurring. Monthly services then cover payroll calculation, payslips and reports delivered through an online client-service platform, together with a virtual helpdesk that answers employee payroll queries via an authorised contact at the client.

Optional services include cash management, where Acclime handles disbursement of salaries, employee income tax, BPJS contributions and pension payments, or acts in a maker/checker role within the client's own web-banking process. Acclime also liaises with statutory bodies including the tax authorities, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan, prepares year-end returns and tax forms for each employee, and can provide an optional employee self-service portal for e-payslips, e-leave, e-claims and e-attendance.
