Mexico's National Minimum Wage Commission published new minimum wages effective January 1, 2026. The general minimum wage zone (most of Mexico) increases 13.0% to MXN 315.04 per day. The northern border free zone increases 5.0% to MXN 440.87 per day. Professional minimum wages for specific occupations increase by the same percentages. All employers must adjust payroll by the effective date.
