Effer Ventures, wanting to make an impact in the South African and global skills investment industry, needed to establish a strong internal team to support their ambitious goals. This included building not only a marketing and finance function from scratch but a customer support and business development team as well. However, as a startup, they lacked the internal resources and expertise for efficient recruitment, screening, and onboarding, not to mention doing all this whilst staying compliant with South African Labor Laws.

Effer Ventures partnered with The Legends Agency to provide comprehensive recruitment and staffing solutions, as well as ongoing employee relations management and policy and procedure development.

Our services included:

**Recruitment & Staffing:** We developed and advertised the positions across various platforms, attracting a large pool of qualified, skilled South African candidates.

**Screening & Selection:** We meticulously screened a "mountain" of CVs, ensuring only the most qualified and experienced candidates advanced.

**Onboarding:** We facilitated the onboarding of all new hires, including one or two perfect-fits who relocated from Johannesburg to Cape Town for the role.
