Etihad Rail Network – Connecting the Country

The 1200 km rail network, Etihad Rail is going to be the lifeline of the country that would bind the UAE further. We are delighted to be considered a part of this dream project intended for the passenger as well as freight carriage.

The project presented several complex challenges:
- Requirement of trained technicians with specific technical qualifications for railway construction and infrastructure development
- Complex working atmosphere due to the rocky and mountainous terrain across the UAE, requiring specialized skills and equipment
- Difficulty in the interaction between the main architects and engineers with the workforce due to the technical complexity and scale of the project
- HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment and Quality) specialized manpower for the smooth progression of the project, given the critical nature of railway infrastructure

Marmoom Manpower implemented comprehensive solutions to address the unique challenges of this national infrastructure project:

- The technicians with the requisite technical qualifications and skills were handpicked through rigorous selection processes to ensure they met the specific requirements of railway construction
- Positioned a special medical team to handle the situation in case of any unfortunate incident, given the challenging terrain and remote locations
