Martin Konrad
Martin is the founder and CEO of NEO, building employment infrastructure designed natively for global workforces.
This vision comes from Martin’s decade of experience building products for global workforces. He previously founded and scaled Worksuite.com into the world’s leading contractor management platform, serving enterprise clients like Disney and Microsoft before its acquisition by H.I.G Capital in 2023. Through that journey, he saw firsthand how companies were still patching together HR solutions built for single-country operations.
Szymon Frąszczak
As a VP of Engineering Szymon oversees the technical direction of the platform. He leads the technical architecture and scales the platform for global operations. Before joining NEO, Szymon was a technical leader at Worksuite, where he helped build and scale enterprise-grade contractor management solutions used by top global enterprises.
Loan Myers
Loan leads the vision, design and user experience across both the platform and the brand. Before joining NEO, he directed product design at Worksuite, playing a key role in shaping it into one of the world’s leading contractor management platforms.
Marzena Fus
Marzena leads Product Operations and Research at NEO, overseeing development processes and ensuring seamless collaboration between product and research teams. Before joining NEO, she held similar roles at Worksuite and Bubty, where she helped streamline operations and drive product growth.
Jake Hall
Jake is driving strategic relationships with clients and Global Employment Marketplace partners to accelerate growth and expand global reach. Before joining NEO, he spent several years at Velocity Global, a leading EOR platform, where he worked with enterprise customers to deliver tailored global employment solutions.
Piotr Żmijewski
Piotrek helps shape the platform’s architecture and ensures technical excellence across the stack. With extensive experience delivering software for a various companies, he has led both engineering efforts and client communication, combining strong technical expertise with thoughtful leadership.
Adam Kaliński
Adam works across the full stack while also overseeing infrastructure and DevOps. Known for his sharp technical insights and ability to challenge assumptions, he helps refine the team’s approach to complex engineering problems.
Jacek Broński-Jankowski
Jacek combines deep technical knowledge with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving. With years of experience spanning multiple industries and product types, Jacek is known for taking on complex challenges and delivering elegant, reliable solutions.
Pawel Marko
Paweł is bringing a wealth of experience and a balanced, practical mindset to software development. A true full-stack engineer, he has a particular strength in front-end development, with a keen eye for UI and UX. Paweł is dedicated to crafting products that are not only technically sound but also intuitive and delightful to use.
Damian Rutkowski
Damian is contributing to the continued evolution of the platform. He brings curiosity, precision, and a thoughtful approach to implementation. Damian’s attention to detail and inquisitive nature help drive quality and continuous improvement across the engineering team.
